Stage Left hires many artists and technicians every year to work on both mainstage productions and LeapFest, our annual festival of new work.

We offer submission opportunities for playwrights and there are many ways theatre lovers can help as a volunteer! Get more info below!

Rabbit -- 2013

Actors 

Stage Left is a non-Equity company which hires dozens of actors from outside of our ensemble every year for readings, workshops and mainstage productions. Artists are paid with a stipend.

Designers
and Crew

Stage Left hires designers, stage managers and production staff for workshops and mainstage production on a show by show basis. All designers and crew are paid a stipend.

In addition to producing new plays, Stage Left has an active development program, Downstage Left. There are two great ways to get your script read by our artists.
